In this 2 hour workshop we will demystify what has lead to this condition and doing what will help you in easy reversal will be taught.

Insulin resistance which is one of the leading causes of any type of metabolic and hormonal disease is said to be very high in working individuals especially of that in the IT sector. This is closely related to stress, improper sleep, altered biological clock, poor lifestyle which slowly lingers and manifests into diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, PCOS and related disorders. If we are aware about this it’s always easy for us to reverse it!

A recent research study says that sitting for one hour in one place is as bad as smoking yesterday. We educate about the effects of long hours of sitting, deleterious effect of stress and how to manage it! Importance of probiotic for good health and how it gets depleted with ongoing stress.

We propose to make minor corrections in participants’ lifestyle and simple diet alternatives for an overall relief and betterment.

Our proposal includes a 75-minute presentation based upon wellbeing principles and blood marker analysis. We take the existing blood sample of whatsoever number members recently collected and use Longevity Tracker to analyse overall Health status of the group and conduct free OPD to guide them.

In the presentation, there will be slides that speak about the employees’ status of the specific parameter and each sample will be assigned a number and only the member with the unique number will know it, to keep privacy. We have set up monthly Wellness Arena in other IT companies and Housing colonies to guide the members on one-to-one basis.
